1. Are your products original and brand-new?

Yes. All products sold on KlickGaming are 100% new, unused, and sourced from verified suppliers. We do not offer refurbished or second-hand items.

2. Do you restock items that are sold out?

Restocks depend on supplier availability. In most cases, popular gaming accessories and peripherals are restocked regularly. If a product is unavailable, you can contact support for restock updates.

3. Are the product photos accurate?

Yes. All product images are either provided by the manufacturer or photographed professionally to accurately represent the item you’ll receive.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

4. How long does shipping take?

Your order will be delivered to your destination country within 6 business days from the moment it is dispatched.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier processing and local handling, but we aim to ensure every package arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time payment is completed.

6. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
If you didn’t receive one, contact support with your order number.

7. My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Sometimes tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.
If no update appears after 3 days, reach out to us and we’ll check with the courier.

8. Can I return or exchange an item?

Most items shipped from suppliers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to warehouse policy (unless damaged or defective).

9. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not working properly:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos or a video

  • Include your order number

We’ll work with the supplier to offer a solution such as:

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

10. I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your address.
If the order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot modify delivery details.
